She’s a regular at Carolines on Broadway in New York City, one of the country’s premiere comedy clubs, and performs all over the US, Canada, and the UK. Maureen was a finalist in the San Francisco Comedy Competition, the first woman since Ellen DeGeneres to place in the top three. Dhaya Lakshminarayan performs at The Color of FunnyDHAYA LAKSHMINARAYANAN is a stand up comic, storyteller, and TV host of the Emmy-award winning “High School Quiz Show” on PBS’s WGBH in Boston. She has performed her comedic storytelling nationally on NPR and PBS’s “Snap Judgment.” In past incarnations, Dhaya was a venture capitalist, traveled to Cuba as a researcher, was Ms. August ‘06 Saffron Rare Threads, taught "Charm School" at MIT where she graduated (twice), and attended two Democratic National Conventions as a journalist. She finds the absurdity in life, including her traditional Indian upbringing in the Deep South, nerd culture, and science and technology. www.dhayacomedy.com

Yayne Abeba performs at The Color of Funny YAYNE ABEBA grew up as a first generation Ethiopian in San Francisco. She found constant humor in the fact that she was growing up in two totally opposite worlds: the old culture of Ethiopia fused with the young and rebellious culture of America. It didn’t help that she grew up in San Francisco’s Haight Ashbury. Hippies and Habeshas don’t mix very well. In 1995, she joined Jean Shelton Actors Lab where she received praise for the role of Denny (an 80 year old white man) in the original production of "Indigo Don’t Vote." She was bitten by the comedy bug in 1999 at Tony Sparks’ Luggage Store. Her style has been described as fresh, innovative, cutting edge and just damn funny. No topic is off limits. It was this refreshing style that got her on Season Two of “Last Comic Standing.” Yayne has performed at The 3rd and 6th Annual Funny Girlz shows, took second place in the 2001 Russian River Comedy Competition, and was the winner of the 2002 Russian River Comedy Competition. Catch her one hour special "Africa Laughs with Yayne Abeba" on The Africa Channel. www.YayneAbeba.com

Nathan Habib performs at The Color of Funny NATHAN HABIB is one of the youngest comics in the business. His comedy is intelligent and performed with an awkwardly confident attitude. Born in Belgium and raised in Palo Alto, Nathan was brought up in a Jewish Israeli household with a Latvian mother, an Italian raised dad, and two older brothers giving him plenty of diversity and experience to talk about. Just having graduated from UC Santa Cruz, Nathan has been doing comedy since his freshman year of high school. He has performed all over the Bay Area with comics such as Arj Barker, Rich Vos, and Robert Duchaine and has recently begun performing in LA. Nathan performed at The 1st Annual Color of Funny in Santa Cruz in 2009 and at The 18th Annual Kung Pao Kosher Comedy in 2010. www.nathanhabib.com

Lisa Geduldig performs at The Color of Funny LISA GEDULDIG is a San Francisco-based stand up comic and comedy producer. She is the creator, producer, & MC of a variety of annual Bay Area comedy shows including: Kung Pao Kosher Comedy: Jewish Comedy on Christmas in a Chinese Restaurant (now in its 20th year); Funny Girlz; A Muslim, A Mormon, and A Jew Walk into A Bar: The Comedy of Religion; and The Color of Funny. Lisa has also produced Charo and Her Las Vegas Show and has recently become a filmmaker. Her first film, "Esther & Me," a profile of octogenarian, Esther Weintraub, a former comedian (Funny Girlz 2003), and resident at The Jewish Home San Francisco is making the rounds on the international film festival circuit. www.EstherandMe.com
